Shipments and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express or FedEx Freight. We cannot ship UPS or DHL.

All deliveries must be inspected by the customer within 5 days. Damage claims or missing items must be claimed within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. 

Returns are not accepted under most circumstances, unless the product shipped is not what the customer (you) ordered. If an exception is made, you will first need to receive an RMA from someone in our customer service group. Requests for an RMA must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise.  If accepted for return, the product must not be opened and in original condition.

a). there is a 25% restocking fee deducted from all return credits. Shipping charges are not refunded. 

b). the customer is responsible for insurance and return shipping charges. Damaged returns do not receive credit or refunds.

c). STERILE ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
