Shipments and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express or US Express Mail Service. We cannot ship UPS or DHL collect.

Returns are not accepted under most circumstances, unless the product shipped is not what the customer (you) ordered. If an exception is made, you will first need to receive an RMA from someone in our customer service group. Requests for an RMA must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.  If accepted for return, the product must not be opened and in original condition. THERE IS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM ANY RETURN - SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS AND ALL PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
