13mm center tear aluminum vial seals are for use on serum vials that are to be dispensed using a needle and syringe. Serum vials that have a 7mm hole opening and 13mm outer rim-to-rim diameter will be the appropriate sized vials for these seals. Vials and stoppers sold separately.
