QUOTATIONS & PROFORMA INVOICE REQUESTS
All quotations and proforma invoice requests must be processed through the website. We do not give manually generated quotations. Our website will calculate shipping charges for our worldwide customers.
Simply create an online account using your email address and a password of your choice. The website will calculate shipping charges worldwide and provide you with a complete C&F quotation or proforma invoice. Simply select CHECK or BANK TRANSFER at checkout to complete your quotation or proforma invoice (steps are the same for a quotation or proforma invoice)
Generally within 1 business day Monday through Friday, someone from customer service will contact you for additional documentation if required (business license, VAT or EORI Number, etc) and provide you payment information for your order.
NOTICE: WE NO LONGER GIVE CREDIT TERMS FOR PAYMENTS BY PURCHASE ORDER.
Accepted payment terms are credit card, PayPal or bank transfer in advance of the goods being shipped.
