For crimping our 20mm West Flip Off -or- Flip Off-Tear Off Seals onto serum vials. A 20mm serum vial will have a 13mm hole opening and 20mm outside rim-to-rim diameter. Will crimp 20mm West brand FLIP OFF seals, 20mm FLIP OFF-TEAR OFF seals, 20mm Superior Flip Cap Seals as well as 20mm plain flip cap seals. Will not work on standard 20mm all aluminum seals (please see crimper 20001 for a 20mm all aluminum seal crimper)
