Returns are generally not accepted unless the product received was not ordered. Some exceptions are made for non-perishable, non-hazardous items after first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization from a staff member. You, the customer, will be responsible for all return shipping charges along with appropriate packaging to prevent damages during return shipment. This means over-packing (box in a box) and extra box filler between the inner and outer walls for any glass items, priority overnight shipping for perishable items, or any other appropriate packaging and expediting as required so that we receive the merchandise in the exact form that we sold it to you. ANY DISCREPANCIES WILL RESULT IN NO CREDIT GIVEN FOR THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE.
